Tianma (Chengdu) Precision Machinery Co., ltd. is located in European Industrial City, Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu City, mainly produces WTG bearings, engineering machinery slewing bearings and etc. It is the largest WTG bearing manufacturing base in the world with the market share of over 30% in the global new installed WTGs. Its sales revenue was about30 billion RMB in 2024, 50% of which came from its overseas customers.
WTG yaw and pitch bearings, mainshaft bearings and gearbox bearings cover 2MW-25MW. It now has 40GW annual capacity and main domestic and foreign customers such as GE, VESTAS, SGRE, NORDEX, ENERCON, GOLDWIND, CRRC, CSSC, DEC, Zhejiang Yunda, Shanghai Electric and MSE, etc., providing reliable solutions for development of the global clean energy and environmental protection. By end of 2023, Its products have been installed in more than 63 000 sets of wind turbines with a total installed capacity exceeding 186GW, which are continuously providing green energy for humanbeings, saving about 100 million tons of standard coal annually and reducing emissions of carbon dioxide by 250 million tons, compared with the coal-fired power.
The engineering machinery slewing bearings are widely used in excavators, hoists, port machineries, which are supplied to several international large enigneering machinery manufacturers, such as CATERPILLAR, KOBELCO, HITACHI, MANITOWOC, MITSUI, etc. Now it has an annual capacity of 40 000 sets. Both production and sales have entered the top three in the industry.
